Everybody dreams to have flawless skin. Few acquire it naturally and the majority need specific care to achieve it. Your skin is a reflection of how well your body is detoxifying on a daily basis. For your skin to be radiant, it is essential that the organs of elimination (kidneys, liver, colon, and lungs) are cleansing the body effectively.



Ayurveda has very effective herbal combinations which work wonders on your skin. Ayurveda defines health as balance in the functions of tridoshas viz. Vata, Pitta, Kapha. Factors like maintaining of proper moisture (kapha in balance), metabolism which contributes the various chemical and hormone reactions (pitta in balance) and coherent transmission of blood and nutrients to the various layers of skin (Vata in balance) gives your skin a perfect radiant look.



Understanding your skin type is very important before heading for any skincare regime. Each skin type is unique. Also, the cause of the problem will be different in different individual though problem might appear to be same.



Different skin types:



In Vata oriented skin looks dry, rough to touch.



Pitta type suffers lots of breakouts which are ruddy, photosensitive, warm to touch, prone to flaring up with a minute trigger. They have an oily T Zone and dry cheeks.



Kapha skin tends to be oily, with larger pores, prone to clogged pores, baggy eyes, and acne.
